Barrasso Team Obtains Victory for the People of New Orleans

The Barrasso team secured a victory for the people of New Orleans, with the City declared the sole and exclusive owner of the Wisner Lands and Revenues in the Wisner case.

As described by Mayor Helena Moreno: "This is a generational victory for the people of New Orleans, confirming the fact that the valuable assets previously under trust now belong to the city and its people for the use of their betterment for years to come."

We are proud to have represented the Council throughout this hard-fought, four-year litigation and to have achieved this result for the people of New Orleans.
